Common questions
How do I get my purchase back on a new phone?
Open Settings in Mister, then Mister Pro, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do my iPhone and iPad stay in sync?
Mister keeps your teams in your own private iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive on each device and the data follows. Nothing goes through our servers; we don't have any.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
How do I delete everything?
In Mister, open Settings and choose Delete my data. It removes your teams from the device and from your iCloud.
